Welcome to Rieko Clouds ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our cloud storage platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to use the Service. By using Rieko Clouds, you represent that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Registration & Data Collection

When you create an account, we collect:

• Full name – for personalisation and support.
• Username and email address – for login, password reset, and important notifications.
• Encrypted password – never stored in plain text.
• Optional newsletter consent – you can unsubscribe anytime.
• Usage data – files uploaded, storage used, login times (for audit and security).

We do not sell your personal data to third parties. All files you upload are stored encrypted and are only accessible by you (unless you choose to share them).

3. Your Legal Rights (GDPR / CCPA)

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights:

• Right to access – request a copy of your personal data.

• Attempt to bypass storage limits, access other users' data, or disrupt the platform.

Violation may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

6. Storage Limits & Purchases

Free accounts receive 5 GB of storage. Paid plans offer additional space. You may purchase extra storage via our secure payment partners. All payments are non‑refundable except as required by law. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

If you delete your account, all your files and personal data will be permanently removed within 30 days. Audit logs (non‑identifiable) may be retained for security and legal compliance for up to 12 months.

8. Service Availability & Liability

We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error‑free service. We are not liable for any data loss, corruption, or damages arising from your use of the Service. You are responsible for backing up important files.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time via the dashboard.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
